I app**** for a cellphone contract ten working days ago, the application was approved and they said that it will take between seven and ten days to deliver by currier.. The day before I had to call customer care to track my order but without any success. They said that the sales department will communicate with me but without success. Iam highly disappointed in the way Mondo communicates and will not after this experience refer anyone to do business with them.
