I ALMOST PAID FOR SOMETHING I DID NOT APPLY FOR

I app**** for a cellphone contract online with MTN and got contacted by a telesales agent who asked to send my documents to ***. the cellphone got delivered with 2 sim cards which I only wanted 1 sim card. i contacted MTN for the activation but then I struggled with that because of the 2 sim cards that were delivered. to my surprise i learned that one of the sim cards is for 36 months contract which i never even app**** for. I was then transferred to cancellation and my call was cut before it could go through. I called again and then spoke to another consultant whom I told that I want to cancel the deal since I am struggling with the activation and not using the cellphone since it was delivered to me. this people work like a ****, how can you give me an extra sim card that I never app**** or agreed to? if I didn't struggle with the activation it means I was going to get debit orders of something I never agreed on. I only wanted 1 sim card with airtime and data and was told that the total package for that is R256 but today to the shock of my life I learnt that for the extra sim card I was going to pay R89 extra. IThe package Iapp**** for was for a Cellphone and a sim card loaded with data and minutes not 2 sim cards one with minutes and one with data. how can you do this to me? give a 36 months contract without my knowledge? am cancelling the contract with them and taking the phone back to MTN store and want nothing to with them anymore.
