How rude are the telemarketers?

I was contacted today by a marketer from Mondo on behalf of Vodacom. I was interested in the product but had some concerns regarding how to use it and whether there was an alternative. The marketer told me in a very sarcastic tone that I can 'continue paying high rates for my data' and was very rude overall. <br> <br> Can't believe Vodacom (and soon Telkom) uses this company to sell their products.
