How can you pay R1376.66 for a R99 contract

Mondo call me on the 9 December 2020 for a MTN deal for R99 for 12GB per month. On the 16 January 2021 I received a email from MTN Mondo billing me R1376.66 for the first payment and still billing me today.

I have emailed and called, Mondo and MTN from 19 January 2021 till today, regarding that I got ****med.

It look like Mondo don't understand.
