Horrible service!! No communication!!

App**** for a contract on. The 28th of november the contract got approved on. The 29th from. Then till now not one form of communication from. Them, after numerous failed attempts i finally spoke to someone. Sho said that everythinf was done thebprevious consultant didnt complete the application, then again no communication i got hold of them a few days later and another consultant said that they dont have stock of the phone hence they been quite, anyway i went to another service provider and got a better contract for R60 less a month with a better phone in 20mins
