Horrible customer service experience ever
Horrible customer service experience. It took them 4 working days to activate my line The sales consultant sold me 2 devices with 2 smart watches included, they delivered just the phones with no smart watches. When i made an enquiry the said to me the "promotion ended". I was mislead and they are not even doing anything to rectify the issue
