Hiding information to customers.

<p>I was called by the sales agent called Allan from Mondo selling a wifi router worth R150.00 pm on behalf of Telkom. He did not tell me that they have put an extra spent limit of R500.00 on my account, to my surprise they deducted R815.00 from my account while we only agreed with R150.00. I lodged a complain and i was called by Roland who said they can only refund R469.00 and when i ask them as to why cant they pay all my money back they said thats the least they could do. And i still didnt received my money.</p>
