Happy at the end

I was called by a sales agent at Mondo/Rewardsco on the 1st November and was sold at mtn contract that was misleading. I tried cancelling the contract with MTN for days and then was told they could not assist me and i had to contact Mondo directly after speaking to very unhelpful consultants and being sent to MTN stores who refused to assist me i then got hold of a lady by the name of Sunasha and she was very helpful she got hold of the courier company and even though i was on the phone for half an hour she sorted my problem out, if it was not for her i dont know what i would have done as MTN and my first calls to MONDO were was very frustrating.
