Great service from Zandile Shezi

Had some issues with MTN and the return of my phone, I called Mondo and spoke to a lovely lady by the name ofSandile Shezi,this lady was so helpful and efficient, she solved all my issues and managed to get the courier to email me what I needed It's so nice to speak to someone who acycares about the customer. Can't say the same about MTN shop in Gateway, the lady there was useless and unhelpful
