Great Service from Bianca
I had a bad experience with a local telecommunications provider, where I received little to no help and feedback to settle a dispute. I had spoken to countless people over a period of months but when Bianca made contact with me everything got settled swiftly and painlessly.
Bianca listened to my concerns and provided real clarity and feedback - something that it seems most call center agents are unable to do. Not only is she knowledgeable, precise and evidently cares about what she does, she is no doubt a real gem in Mondo.
Bianca is a real star and I endorse her completely. We need more Bianca's!
