great service by the helpdesk staffmember Nivashan Maduray

<p>I was not certain about my package that I got from mondo on my new telkom contract,and contacted the helpdesk at mondo,,I got to speak to Nivashan Maduray,he explained everything to me again and also gave the right advise to take my nr over to telkom how I wanted it to be in the beginning,,he went that extra mile and gave me the high grade of service that I do like,so I am very happy with the company and they can make Nivashan the CEO of the company in my eyes with his good service,i can and will recommend him to everyone,regards,Quartus Venter</p>
