I have had a fairly good experience with the service provided. Mondo has managed to handle my Telkom Initial Contract and the renewal thereof with precision. I was impressed. The consultant was not intrusive but had the necessary patience with me as I had to compare the product offer on my DATA sim-only contract on offer which proved to be more value for money compared to other service Providers.
