great service

sometime back i lost a phone i took on contract, had difficulties with claiming for insurance. i was sent from one person to the next, no one was willing to taking responsibilities in dealing with my query final it was sent to Mondo customer support. i was assisted by Balungile Bianca. she has been so helpful willing to assist, giving feedback and keeping me updated. she has been very professional. This is how customer service should be. i want to express how happy i am and thank her and Mondo for the great work they are doing.
