Great Service
I must commend #Amanda Lubbe for her excellent service and pleasant mannerism which unfortunately is lacking in the call centre industry.
Coming from the industry I can relate to the stresses and frustrations that one has to deal with, but my query was resolved very politely and professionally.
Mondo you have an asset in your team!! ????
