21 Jul 2023, 16:14Actually i am not happy with Mondo. I app**** they approved and canceled the delivery while i have already made delivery arrangements. After that they **** for 2 days saying the parcel is on its way to me. I called DSV and i was told that there is no delivery under my name. I called Mondo again, they still told me its on the way. And then yesterday Mondo confirmed that they cancelled and i was given a valid reason. The saddest part id that i have accepted a debicheck from them and MTN IS SAYING I HAVE AN EXISTING CONTRACT WITH THEM. I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW CAUSE MONDO CANCELED WHEN THEY HAVE ALREADY SENT ME A SIGNED CONTRACT NOW I CAN'T DIRECTLY APPLY AT MTN. THIS IS BULL****.
