Great Help!!

I made a deal with a sales consultant earlier and after review it was not the router I was looking for.This I realised after confirming the deal. I needed help to cancel or change this deal to something I wanted. I called your call centre and after hearing the annoying song 3 times I finally spoke to a lady. I forget her name. She advised she could not find the reference number I was referring to. Which is maybe understandable due to the deal happened about 30min prior to my call to her. She said I should call back at 5pm and inquire again. I decided to call back and hour later and spoke to the most pleasant lady Bavisha Visram!! She really sounded like se wanted to help me and advised me how to proceed.<br> <br> THIS LADY NEEDS A RAISE!! I wish I could always deal with people like this when I need to make a call to a call centre. She is very knowledgeable and has a will to help!!<br> <br> I had a pleasant experience speaking to her and im sure my issue will be sorted soon.<br> <br> Keep up the good work Bavisha.
