Great follow up service from Mondo

Many thanks to Kimona from Mondo for assisting with my MTN online purchase issue. Once reported here on hellopeter Kimona assisted with the online order and made it all happen in time for Christmas. I really appreciate her efficiency for seeing this through to the end. She was helpful, friendly and communicated with me directly throughout the process which was so helpful as I continually would get lost in call centres and get nowhere. I have indeed received the phone and watch today (23/12) , just in time for Christmas. Thank you so much. My son is going to be thrilled!!!
