Great feedback!

I was really blessed with the way Lezerene treated me. I wanted to purchase a new data bundle contract but wanted to find out if there is good reception in the place where I stay and some other details. We stay in a small town in the western cape. While on the phone waiting for response I saw that I was going to run out of airtime.. I informed Lezerene that my airtime was almost finished. Just before she could give me the information I needed my airtime was finished. I was disappointing because now I needed to first go and buy airtime and then phone them again to get the relevant information. However to my surprise the phone rang and Lezerene phoned me back to give me the information I needed. Wow that was going the extra mile, really excellent service, it gave me a good experience.. Well done and thank you for helping me!
