Great Customer Service with resolving my query - Lezain

Great customer service. Lezain was extremely helpful and friendly. I placed an order on the 3rd of July and sent through my documents on the 6th of July. No one processed my order. I called on the 26th of July to follow up and was told I would have feedback within 24 hours. After more than 24 hours, I did not receive feedback so I called back and luckily Lezain answered the call. I received a SMS this morning confirming that my order has been placed.
