Great customer service

<p> I took a Telkom package with Mondo after being called by Petula. </p> <p>They offered a 5gb day 5gb night but later the day i thought why not take a 10gb. I called and Claudel assisted me mentioning there is a deal which is 5gb +5gb day and 5gb night, but it expired and she needed to get approval. She called later confirming the package is changed. Now just to wait and try it out, hoping it works as well as the customer service </p>
