Great client retention by Stanton Ramiah

<p>I intially received good service but bad advice from an unknown Mondo sales agent who sold me a package that was no longer available and a router that was not intended for the specific function I had requested it for. </p> <p>However.. </p> <p>I soon received a call from Stanton Ramiah acknowledging their previous agents error. Stanton went well above an beyong in order to resolve my query and ensured I walked away a satisfied client of Mondo. I have now referred him onto my friends. But requsted they only deal with him. </p> <p>Great job Stanton, Mondo, hold onto this guy. He is of great value to your company. </p> <p> </p>
