Great battle resolved

After 6 months of back and forth with multiple consultants Zane, Zaheera, Vusi, Lavania and probably more which I did not take note of and being unable to reach previous contact points coupled with system failures and empty promises I was finally put through to my saving grace, my metaphorical silver knight.

Vasigan Naidoo sorted out my query by calling me rather than having me call in within a relatively quick 25 min phonecall which entirely resolved my query having sent all relevant communications while on the line with me and soothing my rather irritated mood..
