Great attitude and going the extra mile

I called Mondo at the beginning of the week to cancel a contract. The the consultant who took my call told me that she could not do anything as the courier company had not yet returned the device to the warehouse and that I was to call back today. My call today was taken by Amanda Lubbe, who checked on my previous call, but found that no notes had been recorded. Amanda then proceeded to do the necessary to process the cancellation, while reassuring me that she would sort it and confirm once she had completed. I was extremely grateful to receive not only the confirmation SMS, but also a call from Amanda that the cancellation was completed. Thank you Amanda Lubbe for your great, helpful attitude and going the extra mile, it is highly appreciated
