Good service

The service that I have received from Mondo has always been great. The consultants I have spoken to listened and addressed my queries and needs. The products were delivered timeously with no defects. There were no hidden costs, all costs were discussed and agreed on before I took up a contract. I'm on my second contract taken out through Mondo and I must say I have had a great experience. I didn't give a full five stars, reason being I wish the consultants were given more freedom to suit their offers to your needs e.g instead of giving me R150 airtime and 10g data, can they turn the airtime to more data...
