Great Service

I have a query with Mondo- RE- my new upgrade with MTN. I made a few calls but nobody took the time to review my query and try to offer a solution. Instead my contract was going to be cancelled instead of a solution being found. I spoke to Amanda Joseph who listened and opened up an investigation. Although i have no resolution at this stage, i do feel at ease knowing that someone at Mondo is now looking into my query. Thank you Amanda for your assistance and efficiency!
