Good Service
I had a query about my upgraded Vodacom contract. I spoke to Yantan Naidoo at the call center. He was very calm and patient and listened to me ranting. Very calmly he explained the contract to me and the terms and conditions (which was not made clear to me by a previous person) He was very professional and assisted me with all my questions and clarified it all.
