Good Service

Dhanesh is friendly and efficient, a pleasure to interact with. Unforunately, Mondo's telephone lines are quite bad, there was significant audio lag with the call making it difficult to keep the conversation going and the lines did drop a couple of times - hence the 4/5 stars rating, but that is not related to Dhanesh's service.
