Good Customer service

I had a great experience with Terry from Mondo I’m extremely happy with the service I got. I had a problem with my home wifi router because I changed locations and when I contacted the customer care the other consultants said that my address cannot be changed and the only way to solve this problem was to cancel the contract and when I called again I got hold of Terry and she managed to assist with the change of address and my router works perfectly. Thank you Terry for being patient and willing to assist.
