Good Customer Service

Device was ordered in the beginning of December 2018 and arrived on the 17 January 2019 which was now a over a month. No attempt to contact me was made from any of the people who handled my query the entire time. Ultimately, the phone was received and then I got assisted by Prince Ndlovu who really had the patience to handle my questions regarding my new network and service offerings. Thank you Prince, you were amazing.
