Get the sale , no matter the LIE

On 9 February 2021 a Patricia James phoned me saying 1 of my Telkom numbers can be upgraded to unlimited package , I explained to her I have 3 numbers on 1 contract , she gave me a whole song and dance and said it would be applicable to all 3 numbers , I also told her I was at a Telkom shop and they said it was not possible , you have to do number for number , I was not willing to do that and kept the existing contract , this ***********, lying , treacherous person convinced me otherwise . She explained the contract would kick in 1 March and I had 7 days to cancel it. Today I received a sms saying the number had been activated , and low and behold my other 2 numbers have been switched off , this is not what I wanted as I explained to the said person, now my wife's business is standing , When I phoned Mondo today I was told to go to Telkom to sort out this mess must (I admit used quite a few superlatives) , I explained to the the lady I have just come home from hospital I was 25 days there because of Covid , I can barely walk . Why must I go sort out there mess which they caused . I challenge anybody from Mondo to go listen to the tapes , I don't understand why Telkom use these people , must be through a contact once again . Anyway I was at Telkom The Queue was 10 deep outside the shop , I can't stand that long so I left .
