Frustrated & Concerned
I app**** for a new contract on the website on the morning of the 26/01/2022. I received a call within the hour to complete the application. All information was given to the consultant and the application was approved the same day. To date, no feedback. I have sent numerous follow up emails and I have had NO RESPONSE! I'm not sure what else to do. Personal information was provided and feel a decent response could have provided. Initial service is great. Its after approval and after i have already given all my personal information, i feel *****ed. I want feedback and i want my phone that i have ordered!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been a loyal customer of MTN for over 15 years!!! I did not expect this type of after service.
