Frustrated and unhappy with Mondo
I am a victim of ***** . zaheera helped me but I am still better no deducted every month . It's like *****ing that after acknowledging ***** you still take monies from my account I tried on many occasions to call but nobody seems willing and prepared to help Zain Williams and Cezare promised to call me back but to no avail
Please can somebody senior call me and stop hiding as it's a sad state of affairs

Please note that you still have not solved my issue out . Whilst I am now grateful that no further deductions will be taken from my bank account I still have not received my refund ?
I was told to contact 083135 , but when I call this number I cannot be helped as I do not have an MTN number ?
In fact I should not even have an account as I do not possess one ?
I want my money back and you as an organisation does not have the decency to call me back to resolve this once and for all
