From heaven to HELL

Wow talk about going from heaven to hell. So my experience started out well and I was looking forward to my new cellphone arriving. I paid my initiation/admin fee 31st October and was assured that my phone would arrive in 12-14 working days(I ordered a P8 Lite) and I did a follow up call and was assured that my phone would finally arrive Monday the 19th........4:30pm on the same day and not a single call from the courier that would deliver my phone, So i call Mondo to find out what was happening and they then inform me that I would not be getting a P8 lite but a Y6 and that it will be delivered shortly. Imagine my surprise and consternation as this is basically the phone i did not want that is why i took a phone package with the P8 lite. I then said i wanted the closest in spec which is the Psmart which was 1 package up(another R20/mnth)no biggie) but boy what a mistake, now my request has gone to someone or other for some or other review and the lady I spoke to this morning cannot tell me how long it will take and how long before I get my phone. When I asked if I would still receive it before 2019 she assured me it would but not sure when in 2018 though. I work in the service industry and the fact that the staff have no idea on lead times is crazy.
