From Bad to Good

After experiencing a terribly rude sales consultant who told me to get off my high horse and learn manners all because I told her I am on contract and not interested in the vodacom data she was selling. I was called by a very polite lady ( apologies I forgot her name) she apologized profusely over the phone and made me feel like i was valued and my opinion was valid without this call I would have definitely written the company off and never gone into any business with them but after this call i have had a change of heart.
