Friendly and ability to resolve my questions

I signed up for a contract through Mondo (Telkom). After the mini tablet was delivered I had some questions around the contract as this was an on the fly (Telephone sale) sign up. What a pleasure to deal with someone that could answer every question without a who -ha or hm and is clued up with all the information. That was really nice especially as service after the sale was made. Usually people are only friendly at the point of sale.<br> That you Claudel - keep up the good work.
