Free gift **** with Mondo and MTN upgrading your contracts
Upgraded 2 contracts on Mtn with Mondo. 2 off Xiaomi note 11 phones with free Xiaomi mi portable printers for both. Sending emails and multiple phone call later i have been promised that it would be delivered by Xiaomi and nothing. Customer care at Mondo and Mtn just make promises and now 3 weeks later still nothing just a story about escalating it. I will be going to the ombudsman next as this is false advertising online on their websites and in the yellow trader to give gifts and customers never get it
