********** upgrade of contracts - BEWARE!!
<p>Consultant contacted me to upgrade my MTN contract. I politely listened but descided to upgrade my contract at an MTN store. Next thing my wifes contract gets upgraded by Mondo without any consent. <br />Spent nearly 40 minutes trying to get through to their customer serivces. At long last a consutant CHRISTENE MICHAELS help me @ 14.35 promising that she will phone back before the end of the business day.12 JUNE 2017. ( NO word yet from the company. ) BEWARE of this company!!!</p>
