Useless and ***********. Whatever they stood for, was either a front to **** people in the future or all the good workers and agents are no longer there. Very rude agents, they just drop your calls. Same story everyday when you ask for an update, you hold for minutes only for them to lie to you about DSV. DSV should actually sue they because they lie and say your package is with DSv while DSv knows nothing about your order. One agent was Amanda. Same story everyday with lies. Please just go directly to a store if you want a contract. Wouldn't advice you to deal with them. Just waiting for them to debit order my account so I can deal with them.
They even share your information, after dealing with them you'll get countless calls and sms from insurances.

I tried again to call only to be made to hold for 20 minutes by Amanda. I see Indians and White people are getting great services while us blacks are not important and not attended. I have an Indian friend who got her phone within a week, I guess Indians come first . Stay away from these ****** ********. If they debit me today all hell will break lose.

My lawyer tells MTN have distanced themselves, awaiting DSV feedback. So I'm dealing with Mondo only at the moment. I'll post lawyers documents on Monday. Stay away from Mondo
