Was issued a contract against my wishes. I was very explicit in telling the lady I wanted nothing to change and wanted to remain month to month. She went and upgraded my contract anyway. Rewardsco don't reply to Facebook DM. MTN also tried to get them to reverse it and they haven't. Absolute ********** driven by sales.

Thanks for trying to contact me almost 14 MONTHS AFTER THE EVENT!
I spent much time on this and managed to cancel the contract in the end. I believe the sales lady had disciplinary action taken against her. Honestly, I ignore every call from Mondo as I'm afraid that they'll sign me up without any consent, as they have done before, and then it's my problem and my time trying to reverse things. Please remove me from all your contact lists. I will never do any business over the phone.
