*****: MONDO MOBILE

I have found out that 1 of my contracts were renewed by a company called Mondo mobile. My number was upgraded WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I received a phone call for my mobile wifi, however the number in question was Never discussed.

I only found out about this when I went to a Vodashop to upgrade the contract only to find out that it had already been upgraded in June.

I phoned Mondi mobile on the 3rd of September 2018 and requested an Upgrade Reversal as I was advised by Vodacom that they cannot reverse the renewals themselves as they did not upgrade it.

I cannot proceed at all and Mondo does not care at all. The reversal has still not been done as the ***** and risk division who is apparently investigating this have system issues and I need to be patient for another couple of days until they actually figure out what is wrong with their systems..............
