***** contracts by Mondo

I don't own any cell phone contract with MTN, and yet I received emails for an MTN Contract application follow up with Reference ***4. I contacted MTN ***** department several times and they did nothing to stop this *****, also got in touch with 2 consultants from MTN SA : Wiseman Zulu who said the ref no. is not available on their system and Thembisile Sithole who failed to assist as well. This morning an amount of R149 was taken from my account for 'MTNMondo'. I have never subscribed to Mondo, I didn't even know Mondo existed until I complained to MTN after receiving the first email. I'm ****ed off that Mondo can randomly select someone and take money from their bank account without their authorization as well confirming the debit check.
