Forcing and upgrade

My experience with mondo is the worst ever. First they alled and added data and minutes without me agreeing. Now I took 3 weeks trying to renew my contract with mtn through them. I then decided to cancel the upgrade because I have waited too long. They are now bullying me and delivering the phone regardless of the fact that I have canceled the upgrade. I'm not going to accept the phone.
