Finally! Thanks Noxolo!

Finally, after 6 months of struggling someone was able to assist me!

Today marks a glorious day. NO ONE was able to help me within the last six months. Ever since march of 2021 I needed someone to assist with my upgrade date change. Thanks to Noxolo from the call centre, I will finally be able to get a new device after a big fuss regarding my previous upgrade.

Give this lady a raise, and also use her for training. SHE IS THE BEST I've dealth with thus far.
