Finally!! Someone that can help me!
<p>I have been struggling almost 5 days now to cancel a contract with vodacom... (that I didn't even want in the first place, but they are so clever on the phone). I have been phoning about 15 times per day. Calls being dropped... I even went in to a Vodacom shop in East Rand Mall... the call centre even dropped their call... Finally, yesterday I got it cancelled and they promised me to send a email... STILL WAITING for it! I then got a number for MondoMobile... and wow... how friendly was Triston Frances to me on the phone. Immediately helped me... asked all the right questions and promised me that everything is sorted. He also explained the whole process to me. And gave me a reference number... And BONUS... I might even win a PHONE... Thanks so much!</p>
