Fantastic Service from Serusha Perumal - Mondo

#Serusha Perumal, thank you for sorting out my complaint. #Mondo - You can really take Serusha as an example to train your customer facing employees, they can really learn a thing a two from her. She followed up regularly, via phone and e-mail, and made good on all her promises. It is just such a pity that you need to lodge a complaint / grievance on a forum like this to get any response in the first place.
