False selling

The Mondo team called explaining that I can upgrade my vodacom plan, makes you think they are calling from Vodacom. We went through the plan and I clearly said I want nothing to change on my existing plan except for the amount of data. Come 1st if September my minutes disappeared, and now I believe its a data plan only. Nor Vidacom nor Mondo have been able to assist, ridiculous. The query has been going on from the first. Mondo's numbers never work and the whattsapp line says they're very busy...... ofcourse as they are selling plans that the customers dont want. You have your selling enthusiast trying to make a buck and not really listening to what the customer wants.
