false sales
Poor service ever and false sales.Got a 5 GB router from Telkom that came with a 10GB on special but I haven't received the 10GB on top of that Telkom bills more money.

18 May 2018, 21:3308/02/2018 I received a call from Mondo customer service offering a Huwaei router with 5GB day and 5GB night plus the 10GB anytime package, but till today I only receive 5GB day and 5GB night without the 10GB anytime that was on promotion when I contacted Mondo the customer service agent said they will log a call with Telkom the next day when I called they said I have to contact Telkom ,Telkom agent said the package was processed with only a 5GB day and 5GB night. Till today I'm still waiting for Mondo to give feedback on the call logged with Telkom. You guys need to stop selling false packages to customers. I'm done with Mondo your service is ****
