False Advertising by Mondo/MTN

I am utterly disappointed in Mondo/MTN service and consultants. In April I was contacted by Cornelia Ndaba, offering me 80gig (anytime data) for R129. I accepted the offer and the sim card was delivered two weeks later.

However, what I was sold had completely changed. I was now given 40gig data. 20 gig night data and 20gig data. After your investigation, you found that my query was valid but the resolution and action taken is "n/a". How can your investigation find that my query is valid but have no action taken towards that.

Consumer Protection Act states that consumers have the right to fair marketing and honest selling. ***
