Extremely unprofessional agents

The worst. On 24 July I received a call from an agent advising me that I submitted my detail for an application for a MTN contract. This had me concerned as I previously had *****ulent activity on my account. The agent clearly didnt want to listen resulting in me ending the call. On 25 July I received a call from an agent advising me of a Vodacom package. The moment I told him that I cancelled my contracts with Vodacom, he just hung up on the call. Extremely unprofessional service. I am sure the reviews on here are not real.
