Extremely poor!!! service!!!!!

I did a follow up call regarding the previous complaint send on the 7/01/2019. I was called on the 7/01/2019 afternoon from MTN Mondo confirmation department contact number was ********** 700, call was made to the following contact number ********** 732. The call was done to confirm an online application which was done last year the 22/11/2018. The consultant which confirmed the application said that everything is approved and will be delivered in this week, if I still want the contracts. I responded yes, I still want the contracts. The consultant then went through security questions to see if I am the correct person which did the application. After all questions answered the consultant said I past all the questions and the goods with contracts will be delivered with in this week. She gave me the MTN Mondo customer care contact number to confirm delivery. I contacted the MTN Mondo customer care contact number to confirm delivery on the 09/01/2019 and still no trace off an application which was done. A lady with the name Shamon contacted me on the 08/01/2019, regarding this matter and said she will investigate the matter and get back to me. I still want to know how is it possible that the same company deferent departments and they don't have the same info on their system? How is it possible that the confirmation department contacted me, did the confirmation, said it is approved, calls get recorded and said the goods will be delivered with in this week. Then the same company MTN Mondo customer care have no record off any new application done. It is totally unacceptable this type off services should be closed down. It is easy your calls gets recorded. Please go listen to the phone call made from your ********** 700 confirmation department to the following contact number ********** 732 on the 7/01/2019 confirming the application!!!! It is ridiculous!!!! Please get back to me regarding this matter ASAP!!! My contact number is ********** 609 thank you.
